How it works

Finished to invoiced, in the drive

1

Finish the job

Mark it complete on your phone before you have left the drive. What you did, how long it took and what you charge are already on the record.

2

The invoice builds itself

Customer, address, work done, price — all carried over from the job. Nothing to retype, nothing to copy wrong.

3

Send it and log the payment

It goes out as a branded PDF with your details on it. Record cash, card, transfer or cheque against it when it lands.

The invoice you never knew went missing

“I never got it” is sometimes true

Send an invoice from an address nobody can verify and modern mail providers are entitled to bin it. Since 2024 Gmail and Yahoo enforce that properly, and the sender is never told.

Your invoices carry your business name and your reply-to address, but they are signed by a domain we verify and monitor. Your customer sees you. The spam filter sees credentials that check out.

What you get

Built for how trades actually bill

Sent as your business, delivered properly

Your customer sees your name in the From line and replies land with you — but the message is signed by our verified domain, so it passes the checks Gmail and Yahoo started enforcing in 2024. The alternative is an invoice that quietly goes to spam.

Your branding, not ours

Company name, address, phone and a footer note of your choosing. The PDF looks like it came from a business, because it did.

One number that matters

What is sent, what is paid, what is overdue. Not a dashboard of charts — the figure you want on a Sunday night.

Numbering that stays straight

Sequential per business, never reused, safe if you delete one. Your accountant will not have to ask.

Tax handled honestly

Sales tax or VAT on its own line with the rate shown. Rolling it into the total is how you end up absorbing it.

No cut of what you bill

A flat subscription. Collect payment however you already do — we never sit between you and your money.

See the invoice before you sign up

Our free invoice generator uses the same template your customers will get. No account, no watermark — build one now and judge it yourself.

The invoice is the last five minutes

It is quick because everything before it was already recorded — the booking, the job, the crew, the time on site.

Questions about invoicing

Do you take a percentage of my invoices?
Never. You keep 100% of what you bill. CrewSpur is a flat subscription based on team size, and payments go straight to you however you already collect them.
Will my invoices actually reach the inbox?
That is exactly why they are sent from our verified domain with your business name on them. Putting your own address in the From line looks right but fails DMARC alignment — since 2024 that means Gmail and Yahoo can bin it. Your name is what the customer sees; replies still come to you.
Can I edit an invoice after the job?
Yes. The job fills it in; you adjust anything before it goes. Add a note about payment details or a warranty, change the amount, set the due date.
What does the invoice look like?
Exactly like the one our free invoice generator produces — it is the same template. Build one there without an account and you have seen precisely what your customers will get.
Can I send invoices if my trial has ended?
Yes. If a trial lapses your account goes read-only for new work, but you can still invoice for jobs you have already done, and nothing is ever deleted.
