How does billing work? +
Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our payment provider. You pick a plan when you register, verify your email, and complete checkout securely.
Can I change plans later? +
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade any time from inside the app. Limits update immediately, and changes are prorated by Paddle.
What happens if I hit my plan limits? +
CrewSpur lets you know when you approach your seat or monthly job limit and prompts you to upgrade. Your existing data is never touched.
Do you take a cut of my invoices? +
Never. You keep 100% of what you bill. CrewSpur is a flat monthly subscription — collect payments however you already do.
