Is there a free trial? +
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to sign up, and you get the complete product during the trial, not a cut-down version.
What is the difference between the plans? +
Team size, and nothing else. Every plan includes every feature — unlimited jobs, clients and invoices, your own branding, client notifications, scheduling and photos. You are only choosing how many people need a seat.
Is it cheaper to pay yearly? +
Yes. Annual billing is charged as ten months rather than twelve, so you get two months free. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time from inside the app.
How does billing work? +
Plans are billed monthly or yearly through Paddle, our payment provider. You register, verify your email, and start the trial — checkout happens when the trial ends, or sooner if you choose.
Can I change plans later? +
Any time, from inside the app. Move up when you hire, move down when a season ends, or switch monthly to yearly. Paddle prorates the difference.
What happens if I run out of seats? +
CrewSpur tells you before you hit the limit and prompts you to move up a tier. Jobs, clients and invoices are never capped, so the only limit you can reach is the number of people on your team. Your existing data is never touched.
Do you take a cut of my invoices? +
Never. You keep 100% of what you bill. CrewSpur is a flat subscription — collect payments however you already do.
