1. Who we are
CrewSpur is operated by IE Hayk Hayrapetyan, 0091 Zakaria Sarkavagi 151/2 26, Yerevan, Armenia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean IE Hayk Hayrapetyan; “you” means the person or business using the service.
You can reach us at hello@crewspur.com. We answer questions about these terms at the same address.
2. What the service is
CrewSpur is field-service management software for local trade businesses: scheduling jobs, assigning them to your team, recording work with photos, keeping a client list, and producing invoices. We provide the software; the work you do with it is yours.
3. Your account
You need an account to use the service, and you must give an email address you control — we verify it before the account is usable. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you invite to your team.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind it to these terms.
4. Free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start it, and the trial gives you the complete product rather than a reduced version.
When the trial ends, your account becomes read-only until you subscribe. Read-only means exactly that: you keep access to everything already in the account and can still send invoices for work you have done, but you cannot create new jobs, clients or team members. We do not delete your data when a trial ends.
5. Plans and seats
Plans differ by team size and nothing else. Every plan includes every feature — jobs, clients and invoices are unlimited on all of them.
A seat is one person, and that includes you. A plan with five seats fits you and four other people. If you need more people than your plan allows, you move up a tier; we will tell you before you reach the limit.
6. Billing, and who you are actually paying
Our payments are handled by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record. That means Paddle — not us — is the seller for the transaction, handles the payment, and is responsible for charging and remitting any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are.
Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or yearly, whichever you chose — until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout.
Changing plan
You can change plan at any time from inside the app. What happens to your money depends on the direction:
- Moving up a tier, or from monthly to yearly, takes effect immediately and we charge the prorated difference for the rest of your current period.
- Moving down a tier, or from yearly to monthly, also takes effect immediately, but we take no payment at the time: the unused part of what you already paid becomes credit against your next invoice.
You will never be asked to pay twice for the same period, and changing plan never creates a second subscription.
Refunds and cancellation are covered separately in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
7. Your data, and your clients’ data
Everything you put into CrewSpur stays yours. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train anything, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
Much of what you store is information about your customers — names, addresses, phone numbers, photographs of their property. For that information you are the data controller and we are your processor: we hold and process it on your instructions, to run the service for you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for telling your customers how you use it.
Invoices and client emails are sent under your business name, from our sending domain, with replies directed to you. You are responsible for their content.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to store material you have no right to hold;
- send unsolicited bulk email through it;
- attempt to access another business’s data, or probe, scan or overload our systems;
- resell or white-label the service without our written agreement;
- share one account across separate businesses to avoid paying for seats.
We may suspend an account that is doing serious harm to the service or to other customers. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
9. Availability
We work to keep CrewSpur available and we take backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and faults happen. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee, and we would rather say so than imply one.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties — including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
10. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost goodwill or indirect losses; and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
CrewSpur is a tool for running your business, not a substitute for your own records. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
11. Ending the agreement
You can cancel your subscription at any time — see the Refunds & Cancellation Policy for what happens to access and money. You can also delete your account entirely from your profile settings.
We may end this agreement by giving you reasonable notice, or immediately if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms. If we end it without cause, we will refund the unused portion of anything you have paid.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, you may cancel and we will refund the unused portion of your current period.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Armenia, and the courts of Republic of Armenia have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your own country of residence.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
